The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) has filed an application before Federal High Court, Minna for relisting of N2bn fraud case against former Governor of Niger State, Mu'azu Babangida Aliyu & 1 other.
The case that was once listed for trial was previously struck out for lack of diligent prosecution.
